Application method of liquid color pigment:

For machines without color paste pump, manual mixing can be adopted: the required color paste and one of the liquid silica gel components, Agent B, will be evenly stirred, and then mixed with agent A evenly. After defrothing treatment by vacuum machine, it will be injected into the mold to form.

2. The molding temperature depends on the required silica gel. Generally, the recommended mold temperature is 115~135℃

3. The curing time shall be adjusted according to the thickness or type of the product. The general recommendation is 200 to 300 seconds.
