Spray Coating Screen Printing Solvent Hot Melt Adhesive

Products Description

Derived from the synthesis of premium special resins, KL-17 is a reformulated hot melt adhesive. It is suitable for surface coating of PET, PVC and PEI. It remains non-tacky at room temperature initially and achieves tight lamination bonding under high temperature and pressure, with broad usability and remarkable bonding strength.

Operating Steps

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
